You will see the following Command Prompt: “C:\Windows>”

6. Type batch appremove and press "Enter".

7. Type exit and press “Enter” to restart the Kollector

8. Unit will now boot to a Windows desktop.

9. To delete the location where the password is stored, open Windows Explorer

and navigate to the USER _DB folder on the EMBEDDED C: drive using the

following path - ViconNet/VNdata/Settings folder. Delete the USER_DB

folder.

To gain access to Windows Explorer:

Right click on the Start Button, choose

Properties, Select the Start Menu Tab and

choose CLASSIC. Press Apply.

The normal Windows menu structure will now

be available.
